The VS is not considered a good unit but it's still better than that circle.

Like bignastyid said, neither the Corsair VS or the Circle PSU are good units... The Corsair is the better of the two, but there are better options at that price point. Check out the EVGA B2 or B3, or the Seasonic S12II 520w. ...both much better units than the others.
