The Corsair VS series are poor quality and I have no clue who Leory is so I wouldn't touch that brand either. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

okay ill choose corsair over leory, is it bad to use corsair vs450 for g4400 and gtx 750 ti?

Depends what else is available and what you can afford. I do advise a better power supply.

As already written, the Corsair VS is a low quality product line. Will it work? For a while but you will likely find yourself shopping for a replacement PSU when it dies in 2-3 years. Better off spending ~$10 extra up-front for a higher quality PSU that will last 5+ years.

Read reviews, stick to reputable brands, reputable vendors and model lines with a solid track record.

As far as brands go, Seasonic has consistently been among the best in the business for 20+ years and its M12/S12-II series are still considered pretty good by modern standards despite being based on "obsolete" group regulation. If Seasonic puts a 5 years warranty on one of its PSUs, you have a pretty good chance that it will deliver 5+ years of useful life.
