Hi Everyone,
I need your help. I have corsair vs450 (450 watt PSU) and I just ordered a gigabyte gtx 970. Do u people think it can handle gtx 970? I won't overclock. I will just use it at it's factory settings. My full system config is down below. I know you all will be thinking that no, 450w is very low. But I am saying to use it bcuz before it (gtx 970) i was using evga gtx 760 and that's 170W TDP card compare to GTX 970 145W TDP. So that's why I think that this PSU is enough? It has 34 Amps on it's 12 volt rail. I will show you PSU voltage chart here (http://bit.ly/1Rk2bFv) .Also I will be gaming @ 1680x1050 resolution. So u think I am OK?
I really need your help people.

As I said, the PSU isn't great. No one can tell you how long it will last, or how it will fail.
The supplies I suggested are good value for the quality. Depending on where you are, all may not be available.
Make do with the supply you have, buy a better one when you can.
450W isn't low. These cards are pretty power efficient. A good 400W supply would be plenty for your system.
The Corsair VS series aren't great. I wouldn't recommend it to buy, but by all means use it while it lasts.
This list is a good reference. The Corsair VS series are tier 4. Tier 1 and 2 are good quality:

Some good suggestions for your system:
XFX TS 430
Rosewill Capstone 450
Antec HCG 520
Seasonic S12II 430
Seasonic G 450

Actually guys, I am buying that GTX 970 for about 290 USD and that too used GTX 970 so u can imagine my condition and budget in my country so that's why I am asking this. I can't upgrade PSU for at least 1 year so can this PSU last this long with this setup with that PSU reputation?

Yes it should work fine. There should be no reason why this would fail under this load.

Bcuz like people say it's not good PSU and can't work under load....

Its not the best, but it should be fine.

I still have 2 years warranty left on this PSU. Will it work?

Im not sure how many times you want me to repeat my self?

Not even one of these PSU is available here...🙁

Just for overall conclusion, what you kind people will say as answer?

A) Will Work
B) Won't Work
C) Maybe Work
D) Don't Try
E) Use till you can

I know obvious I need to change that PSU that's why didn't put in option and I also know it's not safe to use this PSU.

Thank you so much Sir for your support. I really appreciate it....!!

I just came to tell everyone that GTX 970 (Gigabyte WindForce Ed. stock speeds) is working flawlessly with my PSU and it's not having any problem. I didn't try FurMark but I used other benchmarks like 3DMark (Firestrike, Sky Diver) Unigen Heaven & Valley. And I didn't face any problem and my games are running nice too.
I also upgraded my RAM to 8 GB (4x2 GB) now and everything is working without any problem. Hope this will help anyone who has same setup or same question.

Thanks Everyone....!!
