Corsair vs450W psu for gtx 960

Is corsair vs450W psu is able to run gtx 960.?
I want to overclock gtx 960 and i am confuse in zotac gtx 960 amp edition and asus strix gtx 960 direct cu ll. Which performs better when overclocked and which has better overclocking potential..?

i3 4150
Asus h81 mobo
2×4gb ram 1600mhz

Will i able to play assassin's creed unity and ryse son of rome on ultra settings at 1366×768 res?

Yeah you'll be able to run it. If you haven't already bought a PSU you might as well go for a 550W in case you decide to do further upgrades.
