Now i have 2 choices regarding the PSU. Please Suggest me which one will be better.

1. http://www.corsair.com/en/vs-seriestm-vs450-450-watt-power-supply
2. http://www.thermaltake.com/Power_Supply/Litepower_Series_/Litepower/C_00001755/Litepower_450W/design.htm

** I have 0 intention to OC my GPU/CPU [GPU is factory OC and CPU is locked] and no intention for CrossFire either!

***I know none of them are good enough and there are so many better series and brands as well , but im extremely low on budget! so that's why do not suggest other models/series. Thanks.

Solution

The link isn't working for me, but I would say stick with the VS450, Corsair is one of the best and most trusted PSU manufacturers.
If you give us a budget, we can work some magic and maybe find some better models on sale. That is all Im going to say right now due to your request 😀.

As for the 2. Thermaltake is down right horrible, I would take the VS, though its not the best quality.

Both of them are prices as 50$ here in my country with 2yrs Warranty. And no Online Market here. :[

As Gam3r said, the Thermaltake is not of the same quality even if the price is the same. I'm sure we can help you find at least one ither PSU you'd be willing to look into seeing as both of the ones you have chosen aren't very good.

Bangladesh. And Things are a bit pricy! 5-15$ More than usual online stores.....

One thing. . i know VS series is economy series and the capacitors are very poor comparing with the Japanese ones , nevertheless , im sure i can't afford 80+/J.Capacitors etc etc. but i also don't want to kill my GPU :[ So there is possibly no risk right?! Corsair is trusted brand i suppose , no?! Btw , Warranty is 1year here.

One year warranty is pretty pointless. The power supply is of adequate quality, but don't expect it to last an extremely long time. You should think about upgrading it within the next two-three years. If the power supply does fail there is a chance that it can short your motherboard and graphics card, sometimes even hard drives. I wouldn't worry though as long as you replace it at some point.

Thanks a lot both of you to help me out. . but one last thing http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4584#sp I can be able to afford it too [52$ here] this one is from GB which is not so popular in case of PSUs i know and capacitors are of same quality i assume but it has 2 +12v Rails and 25amp+25amp output as well....does it matter at all?! or the Corsair single +12v = 30Amp is much better?! Thanks in advance.
