Corsair VS550 CPU suddenly stopped working

Hello. Yesterday night while on the PC it suddenly turned off and I couldn't turn it back on. Today I took out the PSU tried with another one, and with that one it worked. So my question is replacing it my only choice or should I look into it (altough I'm not a specialist). Thanks for reading!

If another PSU worked just fine, then it's probably that the old one is toast. The Corsair VSs are fairly low quality; while they're better than the trash bin featherweights, it's a very old design and uses cheap capacitors.

Corsair VS is at the very bottom of their power supply line-up. They're very poor quality.

Which specs did you use it with? Processor, graphics card etc.

It's some low tier pc not worth mentioning. The thing is I bought it just 2 years ago and on the box it says I have 3 years warranty but I don't remember where I put the paper stuff or if I have even gotten one. I have the invoice tho and the couriers bill.
