corsair vs550 vs antec vp550p

hello guys,
bit confusion between these psus, the vs550 has single 12v rail and has 42 amp on it whereas the antec vp550p has dual rail 12v 30 amp, corsair vs550 is silent but antecvp550p is not, so which is good psu, is vp550p very noisy? please help me.
my rig is gigabyte b75md3h (rev1.2), intel pentium g2030 @3.0ghz, radeon r7 250 1gb ddr5 with boost, gskill ripjaw 4gb ram,thanks in advance

The Antec VP550 is much better as it has mainly Japanese capacitors and is made by an excellent OEM (Delta). Neither will be particularly loud and both will be fine for your PC.
