Corsair vs550 will be enough for GTX 680 ?

Hello guys, i have a simple question.

My Corsair vs550 w psu will be enought for GTX 680 ? I had GTX 660 and it was fine.

Im not gonna do OC and SLI.

A GeForce GTX 680 needs 38 amps on the 12v + rail and a 550 watt power supply minimum and 2 - 6 pin PCIE connections.

The VS550 meets these requirements.
