Corsair VS 650 has two PCI-E power connectors (fit either 6 pin or 8 pin).
R9 270X requires two 6 pin connectors.
From that point of view you are OK, but the Corsair VS series are not great quality.
Really you only need a 520W power supply or greater, but a better quality unit would be good.
Some recommendations:
Antec HCG 520W - Very good quality 80 plus bronze rated unit
Seasonic G 550 - Great quality 80 plus gold rated unit
Corsair CX 600 - Good quality 80 plus bronze rated unit (Not as good as either of the units above, but OK)
Processor (CPU) up to 125W
Radeon R9 270X = 180W
Other components = 50W
Total = 355W
Choose power supply based on 70% of rated power at full load
355 / 0.7 = 508W
will corsair vs650 be able to handle my card? i mean will it do any problems or something ? i already have corsair vs650 psu and i dont wanna spend money on another psu.
The power supply you have is able to run your card without problems.
Corsair don't make bad power supplies, the worst that will happen is that this power supply will not last as long as a better quality power supply. The supply is also not as efficient, so it will draw more power at the wall than a better unit.
If you already have the VS 650, don't worry about getting a new power supply.
