Corsair XMS2 1066 Mhz Running @ 245 Mhz

Well i think this is a very simple and basic question, this is my pc:

S.O: Win7 x64 SP1
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2
4200+ @ 2.2 Mhz (No OC)
GPU: Geforce 8400 Gs 512 Mb DDR2 @ 559/1489/309
RAM: Corsair XMS2 1066 (Version 4.1) (2x2 GB)
MOBO: ALiveNF6P-VSTA
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 80 GB
Optical Drive: Sony AD-7240S
Audio: Sound Blaster Audigy SE @ X-FI Xtreme Audio

My MOBO only supports DDR2 800 memory, but im using these 1066 corsair ones and they work.

The problem is that they underclock to 245 Mhz!! [:edszx:1]

I dont know if my CPU is the reason, maybe, but i suppose i can make the clocks go a little high (667 at least).

Can someone help me to know if i can OC them or leave them as this? [:edszx:5]

You should be able to set them manually to 400 which in DDR means 800.
