Corsair XMS3 1600 6 GB or OCZ 1600s

Both seem very similar, but has anyone tried them and which one keeps coolest temperatures?
I've looked around but I havent been able to find any direct comparisons between OCZ Golds to XMS3s.

I would expect the slowest one or the one using the lowest voltage which is not neccessarily the same.

yeah the thing is l have 8-8-8-24 and use 1.65V

As they are all the same CAS, just grab the cheapest
