I purchased: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMX8GX3M2A1333C9-XMS3-Memory-Module/dp/B003N8GVUY/ref=pd_cp_computers_1

to use on these Specs:

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD Phenom II X4 965
RAM
4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A78LT-M (AM3) (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/M4A78LTM/#specifications)
Graphics
X193W (1440x900@60Hz)
ATI Radeon HD 5450
Hard Drives
488GB SAMSUNG SAMSUNG HD502HJ ATA Device (SATA)
300Watt Power Supply

I installed the ram Yesterday, turned the PC on, and there was no video signal, all USB and audio jack peripherals were working (on), and the computer itself had all powered up.

So why did the monitor not show a signal, Too little power? :S

I did check to see if the monitor or cables were incompatible, even removed all but these two things. I attempted changing them round, checked, double checked. Nothing worked.

Thanks in advance

The First Pair (The Two slots the previous ram were in) On the image of the motherboard on the ASUS site, it's the blue ones.
