Corsair XMS3 8GB do not work, help!

New here!
So I bought Corsair XMS3 8GB(4X2GB) CMX8GX3M4B1333C9 together and I plugged those 4 sticks to my motherboard (MSI X38 Diamond/Platinum). After turning on my pc all my fans and lights turned on: the lights for the ram sticks were red and the motherboard display showed "DRAM".
After that I took the new sticks out and plugged in my old ones 2X1GB Corsair XMS3 CM3X1024-1033C9DHX and the following message popped up "the previous overclock....." it disappeared before managed to read the rest. Then it went into windows 10 start up.
I have no clue what is wrong with the new sticks can anyone help?

Try resetting CMOS, then put new sticks in, and boot. (Consult motherboard manual to find out how to reset CMOS).

Try with only 1 new stick. Don't mix old and new, that won't help. Try all 4 sticks this way, one by one.
