this thing seems to be pretty good.
small/easy setup. although its veeeeeeeery expensive i was wondering if those are actually good/ worth the money.
i havent heard/seen any cooler thats this small. correct me if im wrong

Isn't that (Corsair COOL) an ancient (~2005) watercooling kit?
I doubt it would perform all too well with today's CPUs.

Depending on your needs and budget get a Swiftech kit
(H20-220 Compact is quite good upto a 4GHz quadcore)

saying it leaks and stuff..

^Leaks are always possible.
That's why you do a testrun before you install.
Making sure everything is mounted properly is always a good idea.

I have a TT BigWater 745. It's rubish but hasn't leaked yet (6 months, 2 coolant changes).

Stay away from plastic fittings and hose clamps. Plastic ages and gets brittel and breaks.

are both of the water cooling kits internal? i believe so. is there a way to know if it will fit my case? im using a ATX Mid.

The fitting part is mostly trial and error or simple DIY measuring.

The Swiftech uses a 120.2 radiator. I doubt you can fit that inside a generic midtower case.
