Question Corsdair Carbide 200r front intake fan recommendation

I need to replace my Corsair Carbide 200r front intake fan as it's getting very noisy.

Was looking at the Noctua NF-S12A as I'm getting another one to replace the exhaust fan.

However, with the HD bays in the case, not sure if the NF-S12A a good choice?

I have this same case and run a total mish-mash collection of fans in it with my old i5 2500k system.
Up front I have the stock fan with the addition of a Cougar Vortex CF-V12H in the lower front position.
In the bottom (just in front of the power supply) and top (rear most position) I have 2 Nactura NF-A15 140mm fans left over from a un-used NH-D15 SE. The rear fan is the stock model it came equipped with and I have one more Scythe 120mm in the lower side panel position. My CPU cooler is the out of production Scythe Mugen 4 and the system runs cool but I only use it as a file server today.
