Hello all!
So today I purchased the parts for my new build and it is arriving tomorow. The problem is that I ordered TS 550 Gold but they didn't have it in stock and offered me some cheap alternatives like VS 550, XFX 500 and CX600 (which is actually 2,50 Euros more expensive 😀). The shop where I purchase (Nikem) has the lowest prices in my country and ordering from other shops would make the rig expensive enough to fit better power supply from Nikem. I can't afford spending even a penny more anyways. My question is:
Should I return my CX in 14 days in case I find better alternative or stick with it.

My Build is including Ryzen 5 1600 and maybe GTX 570 Second hand.

Way better than the other 2 yeah. XFX TS > CX and VS regardless of whether it's the Gold or Bronze. The other 2 are just low quality parts in general and not the most reliable in the world.
Is that 550w XFX the TS 550w Bronze? If so it's much better quality then the other 2. I personally wouldn't purchase a Corsair VS 550 or Corsair CX 600. Even the Tom's Hardware PSU List rates VS and CX at Tier 4 "(Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice)". Whereas the XFX TS 550 Bronze is rated Tier 2 which is not bad. Hope this helps :)

It's the Gold version but there is no in stock and I already ordered the CX600 3 hours ago. My only option left is to return it. Is the TS 650W GOLD any good?
