Cortana (Next to Windows Button) Can Not Type

It is working first. My issue is not that.

I tried EVERYTHING on net. And Formatted 2 times. It is great when I formatted it but it seems it update itself and here is the problem.


Firstly, I need to search "Toms". When I type "To" can not write anything. Only backspace and space button works. Other ENTIRE keyboard is not working. My build is 1607 and OS is 14393.51. I don't want to format again. I've downloaded 250+GB games in 2 days. Don't want to download again.

New update. Im able to type search only 3 seconds after boot. Still need help.

It seems I've solved problem. I've uninstalled Zemana Antilogger and problem is solved for now. I contacted zemana and waiting for answer.
