my computer has w3i.iq5.fraud and also over 59000 viruses and there is some coruption in it don't know what the coruption is and wanted to know if there is a free download to fix it.

With all that stuff in it..... I wouldn't suggest even a paid for fix...Just save the required data to a flash stick, preferably red colored to warn you that it's infected with a whole world of stuff, and keep it aside.

Switch the rig off completely.
Get the OS installation Disc handy ( Preferably optical disc)
Boot the rig , insert the CD/DVD and install the OS again, just make sure that you Repartition the HDD, this will cause you to loose all the Data on the HDD just make sure you have a good antivirus on you.
Install the OS, update the rig using the internet. Install the anti virus, update it, run a scan on all drives.
Then insert the USB flash stick and run the scan to clean it of all the stuff on it....
only after that , browse for contents and copy back to original locations or a new folder that you might want to use as a backup.

Um if you don't already have something how do you know it has that many? I'm asking this because if you just got a pop up with something like windows 7 (w/e) security telling you this. That is the virus itself (and I have found it easier to just reformat once you get that one).

You don't have to repartition just have to reformat (other wise do exactly what alyoshka said).

Another way is to use LiveCD to get the files ...

I very highly doubt you have 59000 virus's, see 1st reply and downlaod malware bytes.
