Hi all,
I was wondering how well the H60 will work with the Air 240. While obviously it'll work, I was curious about what you guys think is the best placement. I'm not sure it'll fit in on the top due to the size and clearance, which would be the ideal solution. Unfortunately the back fan mounts are only 80mm. Would it be worth it to find an H100i or similar for front mounting to keep it easy. If anyone has this case or can help me out that'd be great!
Thanks!

Yeah it's possible, but you might need to get a slim fan for the rear so it doesn't obstruct the radiator. Also, keep in mind that hot air...
I made a post about this a few weeks ago.

For a 120mm cooler like the h60, the top front is your best bet because it leaves you maximum room for a long GPU and it doesn't obsruct the airflow from other fans. A h100i or other 240mm cooler is worth it if you plan on overclocking, but keep in mind that this will occupy space which could have been used for the GPU, so you would need to get a shorter one if you go the 240mm route.

That's what I was thinking since the GPU I plan on using is pretty sizable (11.2in). Is it possible to mount it on the top in pull config, or is the rad too big?

Yeah it's possible, but you might need to get a slim fan for the rear so it doesn't obstruct the radiator. Also, keep in mind that hot air rises, if you have a rear exhaust and a top radiator inntake, the radiator may be suciking hot air back into the case. I haven't built anything in the Air 240 yet, this is just my speculations from when I was considering the case. There is a massive Carbide Air owners thread over at the overclockers forum you can check out and see if anyone has any comments about a topmounted 240mm AiO.

Anyways, if you haven't already bought the Air 240, then check out Thermaltake Core V21, a new case that eliminated the Air 240 from my considerations. It gives you a lot more freedom to fit a large cooler and long GPU's,
