ok so i have about 1300$ for a mid cost gpu and in like 3-4 years a high end one.
now first- which one would you choose?
r9 280x dual x-433$
r9 270x toxic-336$
hd 7950 with boost(sapphire)-356$
gtx 760 windforce-356$
edit:found windforce gtx 770-470$
my psu is 530w model:RP-530-PCAP
which cards will i have to switch my psu if i pick them?
*note- i intend to overclock them all

Solution

Recommend to buy a better power supply.
If you want to play with ultra settings, choose the...

well lets start with my system specs-
i5 2320 4gb ddr3 60 hz screen,1080x1920
second-i thought about r9 290 or 780 and changed my mind a thousand times so i think ill get a mid tier gpu now since the games i play arent very demanding(assassins creed iv,league of legends, diablo 3,tomb raider etc) and im almost sure that in 3 years ill find a card so much better than the r9 290/gtx780 therfore i need a card to keep my games working for something like 3 years

Recommend to buy a better power supply.
If you want to play with ultra settings, choose the Radeon R9 280X or GTX 770.
If you want to play with very high settings in most games, choose the GTX 760.
If you want to play with high settings, choose the Radeon R9 270X or GTX 660.

Radeon R9 280X or GTX 770 minimum 600W power supply.
GTX 760, GTX 660 or Radeon R9 270X minimum 500W power supply.

Solution
well in games i only care about being able to:
1. play on 1080p
2. have environment&texture quality quality maxed (which makes the graphics look incredible)
do you think a 760/r9 270x will be enough or is the worth the extra 80$ for gtx 770 or r9 280x?

The GTX 760 is a better card than the R9 270, so if these are your choices go with the GTX 760.
Going up from there to the GTX 770 or R9 280X is going to mean you can use higher settings, but in many situations this will be a small improvement.
Often you can keep the texture detail at maximum but lower settings like anti aliasing.

ty then,im leaning towards 760/r9 280x toxic... the 280x toxic is 80$ more than the 760 will the performance differnce will grow bigger as more demanding games arrive and make it worth to spend the extra 80?

Likely yes.
The R9 280X also has 3GB of video RAM compared to 2GB on the GTX 760 which doesn't make much difference now but may in the future.

Good lord where are you buying from? They all look overpriced.

For the R9 280X you need a much better PSU. At least 550W( Brands: Corsair; Seasonic; Antec) with an 80 PLUS BRONZE certficate. 80 PLUS GOLD is better and even better is PLATINUM..

welcome to israel,where r9 280x costs more than r9 290 should cost

I think im going with r9 280x and of course im getting a better PSU(SS-750JS) and ill get a new motherboard since the r9 280x supports uefi bios and my current motherboard doesnt.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped,im finally sure what to buy.
