Cost of ASRock Z97M

I'm not feeling to good about the $111 cost of my ASRock Z97M especially when I see the full ATX model today for $79 shipped... Why is this? Just because it's mATX?

Not too sure, they seem to have the same features. Though mATX boards can sometimes be a little more expensive but not that much more expensive.

For the price difference... I could buy an ATX case! I don't really want an ATX case... but damn... $30 is $30! The mATX has DVI and HDMI on the port... but the ATX has a heftier (4 more cores) of whatever it takes to overclock better... I have old ATX cases already... just need new control panels USB 3... power etc... But by the time I bought those... Oh God... I really like this mATX case I found. Xion believe it or not... So... If there is a problem with this mATX, it's dead or whatever... I will have another option, I guess. :-\
