Cost of Skylake-S CPU's and MOBOs?

So my main concern is, I'm building a Rig, a 1500$ Rig, with an i7 4790K and Z97-A for the CPU and MOBO, but heard about the Skylake-S and Z170, and got confused, I would consider buying the 6700K Skylake-S and Z170 MOBO, if someone could tell me the expected price of the upcoming CPU and Motherboard, since I'm all about performance, this'd be a really great help, thx in advance!

not MUCH higher performance per se, but atleast 5- 10% and 14nm lithography will also last years!!

But even the 4790k would have given you a superb performance for next 5 years considering how fast Haswell is but if skylake can give a 5 to 10 percent better performance consuming at least 30 percent less power it would be a better choice than Haswell.
