Impossible question to even attempt to answer without more info starting with the exact model number of your TV. Depending on how old it is, they may not even have parts for it anymore. This is assuming you know what you are doing in replacing it in the first place. In many cases it may even be cheaper to buy a new 32" TV if that one is out of warranty.
With the LCD panels there is a backlight that can be replaced. With the LED lit panels however, it's a vastly more complicated repair as there are many components that light them up. It may even be the main board that went bad if it's an LED panel.
