Cost of wirelss to a different computer

Hello,
What does it cost to add wireless to a computer that is in a different buidling on the same proprty for business? We have INternet on a computer in another building at this time.

how many walls (per building) are between the wireless router and the business computer?

what kind of router do you have now?
