Cost saving changes

I am currently trying to build a gaming pc to play games like, csgo and call of duties. I would also like the possibility to play games like crysis 3 and bf4, but if i am playing these they do not need to be on max settings. Are there an changes i can make to this build to save some money?

Why do you need a wifi card?

If you are gaming then I STRONGLY reccomend ethernet.Also you can get a cheaper set of ram,It does not affect performance at all.

You can do without the SSD if you don't mind slower loading times.
You can download a copy of windows 7 from Microsoft and buy a key from a third party vendor, for example.
