Cost to replace cooler/heatsink, recommendations?

I've been having overheating problems with my PC over the last few months. It's getting worse (90C+), and I have replaced the thermal paste and done all I can. Except replace the heatsink/cooler. My processor is an i7 3820 (overclocked a bit) and my cooler is an INTEL, RTS2011LC (liquid cooling). Can anyone estimate the cost to replace the cooler or recommend a more effective cooling solution?
