just up graded my cpu and ram! It started just fine ....windows said found hardware finished installing and needed to restart.......now it won't load windows.. It goes through boot and restarts help!!!!!!! need for school

Usually this means that you probably have to re-install windows. However, what cpu is it? What kind of motherboard and chipset? If you are running a chip that isn't supported by the MOBO or chipset, you'll have this issue. If the CPU is supported, you may just have to re-install windows, as windows can be picky about these things.
