I bought the cougar turret case off of Amazon and both of the case fans worked but then one of them stopped spinning up when I powered my system on one day. So I opened the front panel and gave the fan a little nudge and it started to spin again. My BIOS said it was spinning at a much lower speed than my other one was. Now even if I do nudge the fan it won't spin. The fans, in this case, are the Cougar Vortex Fans that come with it. The red "Vortex" lights still light up though. I have already tried plugging the fan into different headers and all of the headers work. These are 3-pin fans and I am plugging them into 4 pin headers. My motherboard is the ASRock H310M-G/M.2. My question is how can I fix this or is this fan dead and need to replace it.
