Could a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 run Skyrim etc on ultra?

Yeah you can run it just fine, but you won't be at 60 fps. I could play it just fine on medium preset with a few texture mods installed.

It will, but not at 60 frames per second. So it won't as smooth as you'd like it to.

You should be fine at Ultra. I ran Skyrim on my GTX 580, which is right about even with the GTX 660 Ti. FPS ~60, even after enabling all the quality tweaks I could find. Be sure to force Ambient Occlusion through the Nvidia control panel for the best visual quality

I don't recommend anyone go lower than a GTX 650 Ti Boost for any game. Below that, they really aren't good gaming cards. I highly recommend a nice custom GTX 660.

My GTX 660 1,5 GB OEM with core i7 3770 and 8 gb ram runs Skyrim at ultra 60 fps never drops!
