I have a samsung 970 Evo plus NVMe as my only drive right now. I also have a Crucial P1 500GB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD - CT500P1SSD8 that is brand new, I was trying to sell it, but no luck. It isn’t supposed to perform as well as the evo, but will it cause a bottleneck of any kind if I install

If both M.2 slots are NVME, then the original OS drive on X4 PCI-e lanes will continue to operate at it's original speed; the Crucial P1 is advertised to be capable of 'only' 2000 MB/sec reads, and although slower than the 970 Evo Plus, the two are unrelated, merely operating at different peak transfer rates. (one does not affect the other)
