Hi. Im. Looking to upgrade the default fans of my case, i have checked out a few. Arctic p12 argb and deepcool cf120 plus, wich one of these should i choose? Also if anyone knows any better fans than could you please let me know? Thanks.

Those are good fans buy cost a lot of money, if you have not big brand keyboard and mouse I would get Razer fans or if you have Razer gear, corsair if you you have their brand etc.

should i place two at the bottom?
you want more intake than exhaust to create a positive air pressure inside of the case.
if using fans with similar airflow & air pressure; usually 1x more intake than exhaust will work fine.

and having at least 1x in the very bottom blowing extra cool air directly into a GPU will help some.
but this depends on any PSU shroud and how it is setup.
planning to mount an 240mm radiator on the top, could you recommend some good aios?
you would need to include your full system specs for cooler recommendation.
your case mounting options, your CPU model, etc can make quite a difference in what cooler you should be considering.

for case fans i always go with be quiet! Silent Wings 3 High-Speed PWM.
for radiator/heatsinks i always go with Noctua iPPC.
neither offer LED varieties though.

when comparing fans make sure you are looking at their air pressure(mm H20),
their airflow(CFM or m³/H),
and their noise output @ 100%(dBA) ...if you're concerned about loud noise.

Yeah, I would not because then the noise of the PC will be a lot higher, I know you want RGB but in my opinion and experience with building PCs is that If you have RGB then you don't need RGB fans, If you go with Noctua I would get the black chromax fans and 2 intake and 1 exhaust.

Okay,i’ll keep that in mind, my specs are ryzen 5 5600x rtx 3060ti gigabyte eagle b550 gaming x p850gm gold gigabyte psu ( i know that there are reports of these psus exploding) frontier neptune ne07a1 (i think i will replace that soon) kingston 16gb ram 3200mhz , idk what else to add, the fans ive been looking at (arctic p12 argb) have air pressure of 1.85 and airflow of 48,8mm and deepcool cf120 plus 52mm of airflow and 2.02mm ( im not really bothered by noise)

i would go with at least a 280mm AIO for that CPU.
if you can't fit one, go for a nice air tower cooler like one of the Noctua NH-D15 series or a be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4.

definitely get rid of that power supply before you're stuck looking for a new GPU and/or everything else connected.
Tom's PSU Tier List

have never heard of that case manufacturer or seen them on any retail sites so couldn't tell you what it can accommodate or if it's worth keeping.

That case i have right now cant fit a 280 on the top but it can fit it in the front. So i dont know is it worth getting an 280 so if i buy a bigger case in the future i could fit it on the top

using a stock AMD cooler or 120mm AIO will be much louder and much hotter than anyone planning a gaming system would normally want.
using a 240mm will also need your average radiator fans running faster and louder than i would ever allow.
using a 280mm with nicer fans will allow them to be set on silent operation and still keep your temps in good ranges; hopefully idling in low 30s C and maxing between high 50s and low 60s C.

if overclocking and/or upgrading to something more powerful and hotter then you will definitely want a bigger and better cooler.

Oh, at first i actually didnt think they would make a difference, could you recommend some good 280mm aios? And also some 240mm, just in case

i currently have a system with an EVGA CLC 280 on a i7-8700K @ 5GHz and it stays very cool.
i replaced the fans with Noctua NF-A14s.
running at the same 65% maxed fan curve it dropped temps ~5-8°C compared to the included 140mm EVGA models, which were also much louder at that speed.
the AIO has been in use for ~5 years now and still running great.
also some 240mm
i purchased a 240mm Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme in 2014, used it for a couple years, then passed it on to a friend who is still using it and it's still running good on a i7-4790K.
had replaced it's fans with Cryorig QF120 Performance and also dropped it's temps & noise output considerably.
