Welcome to Tom's Forum! :)

Right off I noticed the GeForce 9600 GSO is a DirectX 10 GPU. In the Device Manager right-click the {? or !} Device(s) listed and select Uninstall. Disconnect those Device(s), install the proper drivers and/or review the 'Installation Instructions', shutdown if required, connect the Device(s) and turn-on the PC.

Q - What EXACT "external audio speakers harman/kardon" do you have? Please provide a link.
