I'm used to troubleshooting Macs by booting them from an external macOS drive.

I wonder if there's a way to do the same with PCs/laptops. Could I create a universal Windows 10 drive with all drivers for most Windows computers?

Any help much appreciated ;)

A couple of doubts come to mind:

1. Could I create a bootable drive that includes Hirens Boot CD and other bootable apps (such as Ultimate Boot CD and some others). It may sound over-ambitious but it'd be great to have a universal bootable USB/SSD with all tools there.

2. Do you know if Hiren's BootCD PE has a camera app or some way to test the laptop camera is working?

Thanks for your answer ;)
