Could I do gaming and streaming?

I'm using a i5 4690k, z97x gaming 5 motherboard, EVAG GTX 960, 1 TB Seagate, 250 Samsung 850 EVO, and EVGA Superclocked 19200 16 GB Ram. Could I do gaming and streaming?

Yes. Depends on how heavily the game uses your 4 cores as to how well it will play and stream. You'll probably have a tougher time with more recent games (this is why i7's do better in this situation).

Though, given the 960, you'll probably not be pushing the CPU to its limits, and you'll probably be fine to do both without lagging either the stream or game on today's games at least.
