Hi there, recently I've built a new computer, in July. The specs are the following:

Processor: AMD Athlon X4 760k, Quad Core 3.8-4.1GHz.
RAM: 8GB 1600mhz.
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 260x 2GB OC.
PSU: Corsair CX430.
HDD: 1TB WD Black.
Case: Corsair SPEC-01.
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper TX3 Evo.

This cost 675$, with shippings, taxes and other crap.

The question is, could I get better, or a bit better PC with this budget?

Thanks,
Nick.

Yes you can, because PC parts are in constant price fluctuation. Also the newest stuff comes out all of the time and the older items come down in price, so you will always find something better over any period of time.

Here is something a bit better and should last quite a bit:

My PC cost total of 500$, but because of my country's rights, on purchases over 125$, you pay extra 18% of that amount (125) so plus shippings, which are very expensive in my country and plus PC Case which is as heavy and big, I payed extra 93$ for it, so the build you adviced would go over 800-850$. But thanks for help, I understood everything. :)

I pay 6.95$ for 1kg, 18% of items over 125$ and PC parts are 2-3 times expensive than in the USA and on sites like Amazon and Newegg and usually here are a lot of crap and you can't build PC on your tastes, because of availablity of components, plus prices are very high so I think my build is pretty good for that budget :)

Yeah under that kind of pricing I think your build is pretty good. There are some things that might be a bit better, but under that budget it was pretty good.
