RAM = iffy
mobo = could be better
Get a better northbridge cooling solution.
Take your CPU to 1.5v if necessary, and up your chipset voltage as well.
Might have to set your RAM on a divider and a 2t line to get that high.
I can only speak for my boards....but the Asus 939 I had did not make 300HTT. My DFI and Sapphire boards did, so I'm just giving you a fair warning, dont be let down if you dont make it.
