I read somewhere you can overvolt and overclock as high as you want, aslong is if you stay within safe temps.. is this true ? my gpu never got above 79c..

also i didn't raise the voltage to extremely .. stock is 1.15 and i raised it too 1.19 along with an 1.375MHz overclock on the core from the stock 1.310

so what are the chances i've damaged something ? everything seems to be running fine for the present moment // ..

Best practice is to do a small overclock, like 10Mhz, then stress test it. If you get no anomalies and temps are okay, raise the clock another 10Mhz. Eventually you'll have issues and you can back down. The idea here is by not overclocking a lot to start, you minimize any chance that you overdo it and damage your card.

The same applies to raising voltage. You might raise it .1, then test. Then another .1. The idea is that you don't overdo it to start with.

Afterwards just stress test the card, if you see no problems then you should be okay. Just running on your desktop or playing a quick game isn't a stress test.

Overclocking of any kind includes inherent risks to your components. There is a reason the components are set up with their given clock rates: to ensure performance and some longevity. Overclocking decreases that insurance. They were not designed to run at that speed. That doesn't mean that they cannot. It only means the chance for a break-down increases the longer you run above the stated specifications.
