Question Could I install an RTX 3090 on a Dell OptiPlex 390MT?

I don't want to put that exact card in my computer, but I am curious as to if it would fit at all? MoBo is in a modified chassis. Its not that I wouldn't install the card if I had the opportunity, but its an expensive card that is out of my price range.

Current pc specs are:
i5 2500
16GB RAM
1.8TB HDD/s
650W PSU
GTX 1060 3GB SC

Standard ATX case, IDK details

I plan on upgrading to something like an RTX 3050 or RTX 3060, and installing an i7 2700K

If you don't intend to drop the card in the case, why are you asking if it's going to fit? If you were going to ask if a particular GPU was going to work with your prebuilt's case, then you should parse a link ot the GPU you're looking at since AIB cards will vary in dimensions when compared to one AIB manufacturer to another.
