Okay, so before i start I want to say I have never taken apart a case before, and i am fairly new to all this pc hardware. Anyway, six months ago, around that, I was going to build, but mum decided it would be better just to buy it straight up, and so we did. The only issue is that I can't play 2015 games, such as AC: Unity on even minimum settings, so i looked into an upgrade and this stupid little case cant fit anything really worth an upgrade in their, so to the point, I want to know if I can switch out the components for a new case, if you need them, here are the specs from cyri:
(CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, Video Card: GeForce GTX 645, RAM: 8 GB, and the sound card: Realtek High Definition Audio) With christmas coming up I should enough to make a few upgrades, after reading a few threads ive heard ill need a new: Power Supply, case and motherboard. but then I have no idea how I would go about removing parts from the motherboard, or installing them onto a new one, if anyone could provide a video or even text guide, it would be greatly appreciated aswell as clarifying what i need to change, or just anything I may have messed out.

Sorry for being inexperienced and a pain

thanks in advance : D

You would need a new PSU and mITX case. If you want to play games on higher settings/fps you will also need a graphics card upgrade.

You would need to salvage everything from your current case but the PSU. Here's a link that shows how to remove the motherboard:

http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN150689/EN

Skip step three since you don't need to remove the cpu or heatsink.

Here's how to remove the optical drive:

http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN150667/EN

And here's how to remove the hard drive:

Now that you have all the parts out of the pc you just need to assemble them back into the new mITX case with the new PSU...
Case is a given. You haven't mentioned what wattage your supply is or what features the motherboard sports, so I can't suggest much there yet. I'm gonna assume it's a cheap H87 board and just enough amperage to house a weird card like the one they did.

You should be okay with the mobo and processor. Your processor is still a beast, even at stock and doesn't need to be upgraded for a long time. RAM you're fine as well of course.

I'd just look to your power supply, get more info on it. And choose a new one to compliment the graphics card you choose. I'd look into either an R9-290 or a GTX 970, depending on your overall budget.
