Could i overclock my gtx 650 ti with a 450w psu

i have an amd a10 5800k apu, geforce gtx 650 ti factory oc gpu and an antec 450p 450w psu

You could and you won't have any troubles with power. Go hard, but don't expect huge performance gains

yes, you can. it is more than enough and save you the need to buy a new gpu for a couple of months

A Geforce GTX 650ti needs at least 20A on the 12v rail and a 400w power supply.

Your Antec 450w power supply has 2 - 18 amp 12v rails , so yes , you have sufficient power.
