could i pair amd a10-7800 with r7 360

hey guys , i currently have amd x4 840 and radeon r7 360 graphic card.. i am thinking to upgrade my cpu to apu and to do hybrid crossfire. Was thinkining about a10-7800 apu.. but how will it work? i'm just a casual gamer and i only play league of legends sometimes and with current build i play with everything on ultra high at average of 65-70 fps and it works well , but sometimes it lags a bit when teamfight starts and its not so smooth as i wish to be... could i achive anything better after upgrading to apu?

you want an apu? better get yourself ryzen 3 2200g, more powerful with better graphics than a10 7800 (requires am4 motherboard and ddr4 ram which is quite overprice rn)

anyway, according to AMD website, a10 7800 is best recommended pairing with r7 250, performance boost doesn't seems to get any higher than r7 360 alone

and since getting a gpu defeats the purpose of apu, why not getting a decent cpu (athlon x4 860k is better than a10 7800)
