Could I receive feedback on this computer?

Looking for feedback and/or possible changes that could be made to this computer, for example i'm uncertain about the fans, don't know if I should change the amount I plan on using or if its good the way it is and would like an answer to this.

I would also like to know if it would be possible to save some money and downgrade some stuff without it having a big affect on the performance. I don't plan on adding anymore money into this and would prefer not to but I will consider any possible changes.

thge sickflow fans are loud

if you plan to overlock the evo is not that good

everything else looks likes mine tbh

I had no intentions on overlocking, sorry for not mentioning this, if I really should though I will.

Ill also get them fans changed.
