Could I run this?

I am looking to buy a laptop to play some games on and i have come across the 2017 HP Flagship Star Wars Special Edition 15.6" FHD IPS Display Gaming Laptop, Intel Core i7-6500U, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 940M, 1TB HDD, 8GB RAM, 802.11ac, Bluetooth, Win 10. I would like to know if i could run Playerunknowns Battlegrounds on the lowest setting because I know I would not be able to run them high settings.

Those GPU minimums are well above what the 940M (Maxwell) has. The 940M has 384 cuda cores which is what a GT730 has. Even if the frequency is higher on the laptop it's still in the ballpark.

The GTX660 (Kepler) is listed as minimum and it has 960 CUDA CORES.

Could it run on lowest?
Maybe, but I'm just going by their recommendations and it's way below that.

(apparently Maxwell has more CUDA CORES for similar performance to Kepler so that makes it an even bigger difference unless I read things wrong)
