So i play my games on my PS4 and I do have a capture card connected to my pc tower but its old . I have an ethernet cable to both my tower and my PS4, here are the specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz

RAM: 12 GB

OS: Windows 10 64-bit
