Could I stream?

Would I be able to stream Twitch with these specs?

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz
8GB RAM
GTX 650 Ti Windforce Edition

I don’t think you would have very good results with streaming. It’s very CPU dependent and you’re not going to have a very smooth stream/gameplay experience. Keep in mind you can do a Pin mod on your CPU, cover two pins with electrical tape and your Q6600 will run at 3.0 GHz stable. There’s videos on YouTube. Might give you a bit more leeway.
