could i switch from 35w cpu to 45w cpu in laptop

socket type:-fs1
operating freq.:-35w
i want to upgrade my laptop's processor into a8 3550mx which is an 45w processor. is it possible to do so. what will be the problems which i will face after this upgradation.

anubhav74, thermal compound is a paste goes between processors and their heat-sinks. It will need to be removed from those two components completely, usually with alcohol and a lint-less cloth and then properly reapplied from its tube. It seals any spaces and helps transfer heat.
