Could I use an amd a10 5800k with an rx 550 without any bottlenecking?

I think it should work and I don't think bottlenecking will be much of an issue.

I think you could maybe go with a slightly more powerful video card and still be OK.

There will be no any bottlenecking, great combo for low budget.
