Could I use the rear fan as an intake fan?

I was wondering, could I use the rear fan on my PC as an intake fan so that I can achieve positive pressure. I have two exhausts on the top of my case and two intakes on the front, however the fans on the top of the case are more powerful and have a higher CFM. Could I use my rear fan, with a dust filter, as an intake to create positive pressure?

move the more powerful fans from the back to the front, and turn them around?, or turn an exhaust fan off.

You want air moving through the case. Not just blowing around inside.

Generally, in the front, out the top/back.

Front, side and bottom fans are traditionally intake. Top and rear are exhaust. Any internal fans should 'go with the flow'.
