Question could install windows 11 on the same computer but when trying to install again it doesn't work

i've this motherboard

for some reason i can't install windows 11 even after following this video (the setup saying that i don't meet the requirements):

the problem is when i boot from the usb drive of a latest windows 11 installation

i could install windows 11 on the same computer a two months ago but now, when trying to reinstall i get the aforementioned problem.

dont know what to do

i've installed the first non beta release.

but i need to reinstall it. and as i said i can't.......

i've updated the bios earlier to F5e but it is still the same
