could intake+exhaust work at the same time (liquid-cooling)

I have been thinking of ways to cool my pc down. My CPU temp. is around 60°C and my mobo's auto-shutdown temp is only slightly higher. So i started looking up push or pull beter. But then i thought of having one fan as push-intake and the other one as pull-exhaust. Is this possible? And will it be beter then my current pull-exhaust setup?

Case-cooling isnt a problems.

Mobo:Asus V formula-Z
CPU:AMD FX-9590(black edition)

Thats not what i ment. i already knew that but is it possible to have a dual fan rad with one fan blowing air into the rad from above and the other fan pulling air out of the case trough the rad.

It is possible to have that set up, but the benefits will not be great.
In Engineering perspective your set up will be intake=exhaust (considering the intake and exhaust fan have the same speeds).

intake=exhaust is never efficient for there is an obstruction in the middle (the radiator) which causes the air flow to reduce.

To gain performance the speed of the exhaust fan must be less than the speed of the intake fan.

To be precise, we will be needing a Thermodynamics Calculation which is:

Q=mCp(T2-T1)

Where:

Q= heat
m=mass of Air
Cp= heat needed to raise a 1 cubic meter of water to 1 degree Celsius.
T1=Initial Temperature
T2=Final Temperature

But, I gues you are not interested in all of that so what you can do is just allow your fans to be controlled by the motherboard, so that the mobo can set the required RPM.
